Delete Your Swift Go Account

Authenticated riders can initiate account deletion directly in the Swift Go mobile application.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Swift Go and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the Account tab.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review the consequences and confirm the destructive action.

This in-app flow verifies the current signed-in account and is the normal way to initiate deletion. This web page provides information; it does not submit a deletion request by itself.

What happens after deletion

  • Your Swift Go account access is removed and the app signs you out.
  • Eligible profile details, avatar references and eligible avatar objects, push destinations, preferences, memberships, and transient state are removed or anonymized.
  • A later sign-up does not restore the deleted profile or active entitlements based only on a matching email address or sign-in provider.

Account deletion cannot be undone. A future sign-up creates a separate account experience.

Financial and operational records

Deleting an account does not mean that every historical transaction is immediately erased. Records needed for payment, refund, Wallet ledger, booking, ticket, Route Package, security, audit, dispute, or operational integrity may remain in anonymized or pseudonymous form without an active rider profile.

If the account has an unresolved payment, refund, Wallet balance, active trip, upcoming booking, or active Route Package, Swift Go may require that item to be resolved before deletion can complete. The app will keep the account active and explain that resolution is required rather than completing only part of the deletion.

Contact Swift Go Support for account-access help. Support may need to verify that the account belongs to you before assisting. Do not send your password, one-time passcode, or full payment-card details.
